- Finishing over active moistureIf there is a leak behind that stain, paint and tile are a temporary lie. We tell you what to fix first and come back after.
- Skipping prep to hit a numberWe would rather lose the job than take the prep out of it and put our name on the result.
- Work that needs a licence we do not holdFull re-roofs, structural additions and impact glass go to the right contractor with a referral, not to us.
- Verbal-only pricingEvery number we give you is written down and itemised. Nothing important is agreed on a doorstep.
