Roof maintenance is the cheapest work we do and the work that saves people the most money. A loose flashing found in October is a repair. Found in June, after the first storm, it is a ceiling.

No. We maintain and repair. A full re-roof needs a licensed roofing contractor and we will refer you to one rather than take work we should not.
